The Eighth Routine Meeting Patriotic Unity Movement (YBH) will be held at the Turkish Cypriot Teachers Syndicate (KTOS) Hall, on the 30 October 2004 Saturday at 15:00 with the following agenda.

1-    Opening,

2-    Formation of the Chairman’s Council,

3-    The debate and approval of the changes of the Party’s Rules and Regulations,

4-    Messages,

5-    Discussion on the general matters of the Country, Community and Party,

6-    The discussion and acquaintance of the Party Assembly’s Reports,

7-    The debate and approval of the changes to the Party Program,

8-    The debate and approval of  draft laws,

9-    The Election of Organs,

a)       The Election of the Members of the Party Assembly,

b)       The Election of Members of the High Discipline Committee,

10-   Closure.

Note: Those who wish to apply for candidacy to Membership of the Party Assembly and Membership of the High Discipline Committee must make an application in writing in accordance with the Rules and Regulations to the Party Executive Council by 12:00 hrs. Friday, 29 October 2004.
